Cornwall 34, Beacon 8: Visiting Cornwall built a halftime lead. Dan Breheny completed eight of 12 throws for yards and touchdowns to Jack Vanderpool two and Marcus Pierre. Barrett Masi had seven carries for 40 yards and a score. Vanderpool added a yard rushing touchdown. Beacon fell to Red Hook 35, New Paltz Landon Ramsey ran for two touchdowns and threw another to Jack Neese, the winning yard score with 36 seconds left that lifted Red Hook Nick Benasutti rushed for two touchdowns and Neese also kicked a yard field goal and successfully squibbed four onside kicks that were recovered.
New Paltz’s Tony Drewnowski ran for two touchdowns and threw two others, including a yarder to Ben Gabriels that put the Huguenots up with remaining.
